Alexander Kristoff: “I enjoyed the crowds cheering for me”

Alexander Kristoff (Uno-X) was awarded the Viking Jersey for best teammate in his final participation at the Arctic Race of Norway before retiring from professional cycling at the end of the 2025 season.

“It’s a bit emotional to feel this is the last time I race in Norway, but I still have a few races left to participate in. It was nice to see my teammate win today, even if I couldn’t contribute too much because this course was not for me. Frederik [Dversnes] has a good kick when the group is not too big, and he displayed it today. During the last lap, I was already dropped and I enjoyed the crowds cheering for me.”
