During the days you will spend in our Arctic region, you will get to see steep mountains plunging straight into the sea, and you will meet the hospitable and friendly people who live here in this challenging climate.

Northern Norway has a lot to offer to the world. Our pure, beautiful scenery may create memories of a lifetime. Here you can go fishing in the middle of the night, sail through our magnificent fjords, go hiking in the mountains during daytime and enjoy urban life in the evening. Sports gather people from all over the world to enjoy competition. It is therefore a great honour for me as Chair of the County Government of Troms to see our county as an arena for this race.
