Like every year, Arctic Race of Norway is pleased to welcome you to an unforgettable cycling experience, this in collaboration with local cycling clubs.

On Saturday 17th of August 2019, the Storheia summit will await those who want to ride in parts of the same course as the professional riders. For this amateur race in the beautiful archipelago of Vesterålen, you can choose between two formats: either you can opt for the 93 km long course, with timing service, or you can choose the 47 km course without timing.

Both races have their start in the city centre of Sortland, and their finish on top of the glorious Storheia mountain, under the official Arctic Race of Norway arches, just like the pros! The Hadsel municipality decided that the amazing viewpoint would be accessible to everyone, will you be one of the firsts to enjoy it?

For members of official Arctic Race of Norway partner Coop there will be a discount on the registration fee.

On the same day, in Narvik, ARN invites those who prefer a shorter (9km) and more easy-going bike ride, a festive ride that celebrates ARN and Northern Norway’s candidacy to host the World Championships of Alpine skiing in 2027.

With these three options to choose from, register now to take on the ARN Challenge in August!

More information coming soon.
