Alexander Kristoff: "I’ve just been unlucky today"

With 250m to go, the Tinkoff-Saxo lead out train cut our path. We had to come around, almost in the barriers, so Marco [Haller] stopped, I managed to come around but I also lost the speed, then it was too late. Sam [Bennett] came from behind with a lot of speed on my left side with an open path. I did not manage to pass the last two guys. I would have liked to win of course but I won a solid sprint yesterday. Today I was one of the fastest again but I've just been unlucky. I'm not worried about my legs. We fucked it a bit up in the last 500 metres. There'll be two tough days now. I don't expect too much. I'll try to not lose too much time tomorrow but I think it'll be difficult for me.
