Returning every bottle and can
Mack and the Arctic Race of Norway also work together with Infinitum to ensure that bottles and cans distributed during the race are collected and returned for recycling. Dedicated collection points are placed at start and finish areas, making it easier for guests, spectators and the race organisation to return their packaging. The collected bottles and cans are processed through Norway’s deposit system so that the materials can be used again. The deposit funds can also create value beyond the race. Mack has earlier donated the proceeds to the Norwegian Childhood Cancer Society.
